The truth, that is, the topic that I want to briefly and simply address in my first text for the blog is “personal development”, inseparable from professional development.

I am Ivana Šebek and in my 20 years of editing and management experience in the media, including those with national frequencies, I managed to unite three seemingly incompatible components in a deeply polarized society such as Montenegrin, which is a feature of the entire region of the former Yugoslavia. It would be said that deep polarization and “acting only for one of the two sides” is a global trend.On the other hand, at BEE AI Consult, cooperation is based on knowledge and business and ethical principles.This is shown by the fact that I managed to cover the highest management roles, i.e. combine work and management in the state company JP RTCG (as editor and manager of the central news show, political shows and campaigns), in the private regional company Pink International Company (as executive and program director, and creator and key coordinator of the news program), and I completed my long-term work experience by working in the international company UNITED GROUP, in the position of executive director, where I also had program liabilities.I was born in 1984 and graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Montenegro.
